หลักสูตรมาตรฐานระดับสากล รับรองจาก Accredited SDG Impact Standards โดย UNDP SDG Impact
4 – 6 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 เป็นครั้งแรกของประเทศไทยที่มีหลักสูตรการพัฒนาระดับนโยบายและการบริหารจัดการด้วย SDG Impact ตามกรอบมาตรฐานสากล
หลักสูตรมุ่งพัฒนาผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่สามารถถ่ายทอดทิศทาง แนวปฏิบัติที่ดีตามมาตรฐาน SDG Impact Standard ในการนำเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืนไปสู่การกำหนดกรอบการพัฒนาในระดับนโยบายที่วางกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ SDG Impact ในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ การบริหารจัดการ การเปิดเผยข้อมูล ธรรมาภิบาลและการกำกับดูแลกิจการ
- กรอบมาตรฐานสำหรับองค์กรทุกประเภท ทุกขนาด ทุกพื้นที่ ในการตั้งปณิธานองค์กรสู่การสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน
- มาตรฐานกำหนดกรอบการพัฒนาในระดับนโยบายที่วางกระบวนการบริหารจัดการ SDG Impact ใน 1. ด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ 2. ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 3. ด้านการเปิดเผยข้อมูล และ 4. ด้านธรรมาภิบาลและการกำกับดูแลกิจการ ด้วยการมุ่งกลไกการวิเคราะห์และบริหารจัดการกับผลกระทบทางบวกและทางลบขององค์กร ด้วยการยึดโยงกรอบมาตรฐาน กับกระบวนการบริหารงานและการตัดสินใจของทั้งระดับนโยบายและปฏิบัติขององค์กร ดังนั้น SDG Impact Standards Frameworks จะช่วยยกระดับขีดความสามารถขององค์กรในการสร้าง Impact สู่สังคมและเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือ สร้างความเชื่อมั่นต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
- นอกจากกรอบการทำงานของมาตฐาน 4 ด้านสำคัญดังกล่าว มาตรฐานยังได้ระบุแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดี และขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน (The 12 SDG Impact Standards for Enterprises Actions)
- กรอบมาตรฐาน SDG Impact Standards กับการบูรณาการสู่การดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันขององค์กร SDG Impact Standards เป็นมาตรฐานที่มุ่งผลักดันกลไกการนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติ เน้นการบูรณการแผนนโยบายของหน่วยงาน เชื่อมโยงสู่กระบวนการ Stakeholder Engagement ในปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนพัฒนาเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการ Impact Management Tools/Framework และส่งต่อไปยังกรอบมาตรฐานการเปิดเผยข้อมูลขององค์กร
- โดยมาตรฐานดังกล่าวสามารถนำไปใช้ประเมินตนเองได้โดยสมัครใจ (Voluntary independent use) และสามารถใช้ในการตรวจสอบรับรองได้โดยสมัครใจ (Voluntary assurance framework and SDG Impact Seal)
ผู้เข้าร่วมหลักสูตรต้องมีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการพัฒนาเกี่ยวการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน, SDGs ทั้งในระดับกลยุทธ์นำไปสู่ระดับปฏิบัติ มีองค์ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการผลสัมฤทธิ์ (Impact Management) และมีความสามารถในการสื่อสารถ่ายทอดสร้างความเข้าใจและยอมรับ และหรือสามารถผลักดันให้เกิดการพัฒนาในระดับนโยบาย ทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนของหน่วยงาน เครือข่ายสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

SDG Impact Standards
Program outline - หลักสูตร 3 วัน
The training course is delivered over 3 days and is divided into the following sessions:
- Session 1: Convince audience of the ‘business case’ for sustainability, the SDG Impact Standards and the underpinning key concepts
- Session 2: Introduce participants to the Self-Assessment Tool, the pathway to the SDG Impact Seal and the 12 Enterprise Actions.
- Session 3: Explore with trainees using a case study how an Enterprise (or Fund) can meet the Standards.
- Session 4: Workshop to discuss the training content as a whole and prepare for individual assessments
Training Outline: 4 - 6 SEP 2023
The SDG Impact Standards Train-the-Trainer Course extends over two and a half days with the below draft schedule. The in-person training has been organized around different learning objectives and key questions which will be responded over the 3 days together.
Day 1: Tuesday 9 am – 5 pm
Guiding questions for the day: What are the standards? Why are they needed? How do they compare with what is out there?
Agenda:
- Introductions to the goals of the program
- Examine the purpose of the Impact Standards
- Explore key concepts
- Introduce the 12 Business Actions
Day 2: Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm
Guiding questions for the day: What does it look like to have the standards implemented? We will do a deep dive on the business actions and case study
Agenda:
- Reflections on yesterday
- Introduce case study: Seed & Co
- Deep dive into the enterprise standards through the 12 enterprise actions
- Explore examples in practice and discuss ways of building the library of relevant examples/case studies
- Applying the standards and self-assessment tool to a case study
- Overview of available tools and resources
Day 3: Thursday 9 am – 3 pm
Guiding questions for the day: What is the role of assurance?
Agenda:
- Reflections on yesterday
- Complete the deep-dive into the Enterprise Actions
- Review the assessment process for Accredited Trainers
- Discuss the Assurance Seal development
Prerequisites
Completion of IMM for the SDGs UNDP-DUKE University online course
- At least 2 years of experience of delivering training on IMM or sustainability for private sector organizations
- Fluent in the language in which the Train-the-Trainer course is being delivered
- Have read the SDG Impact Standards including Guidance and familiarized themselves with the Self-Assessment Tool and SDG Impact website.
- Relevant business/investment and/or change management expertise, preferably as a practitioner
- At least 3 years of experience working with private sector organizations in one of the following areas:
- Designing and/or implementing IMM frameworks, and/or
- Sustainability accounting and/or assurance
- Designing/ preparing sustainability strategy/ business plans
- Defining governance frameworks or as part of a board, steering group or equivalent with a sustainability lens

As an Accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards, you will be able to deliver the only training program that is recognized by the UNDP to the market and be at the forefront of supporting individuals and organizations around the world to change their practices and create the impacts that are required to achieve the SDGs by 2030.
Not only will you be recognised as an Accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards with a licence to use the SDG Impact Standards Training Materials, UNDP and SVI will also promote your status and support you to deliver the SDG Impact Standards Training to the market.
You will also become part of the Accredited Trainer community; giving you access to continuous professional development sessions and new training materials – as well as opportunities to work with pioneering businesses and investors.
Prerequisites
The SDG Impact Standards Train the Trainer course is for experienced IMM professionals and trainers who want to build their own capacity and work as part of a global community accelerating the adoption of the standards.
Cost
Participants will be charged a one-off training fee to attend the training course and undertake the assessment process.
On the successful completion of the assessment process, participants will be charged an annual licensing fee in order to become an Accredited Trainer for the SDG Impact Standards. The annual licensing fee will contribute towards administrative costs, updating of training materials, building a repository of relevant examples and case studies, supporting continuing professional development and the ongoing development of the community of practice.
